Case Study FRENER & REIFER

On 19.04.2013 guest speaker Dr Christian Ciliberto, director of the QUIICKK-control project, presented various analyses of the practical applications of the principles of proper accounting in the “Business Administration“ course as well as on the design of a cost accounting system on the basis of contributions within the context of specific FRENER & REIFER project business in the “Planning & Controlling“ course.

This was followed by a meeting with the students organized by Dyn@mika GmbH, a spin-off organization of Trieste University with the goal of encouraging the competitiveness and innovation of small and medium-sized Italian companies via the development and implementation of up-to-date management control systems, in which various questions relating to the company were discussed.

The restructuring of the accounting and controlling systems in the company started in 2010, as part of the introduction of the new ERP system, in collaboration with Prof Bruno De Rosa, lecturer at Trieste University and Scientific Director and Partner at Dyn@mika.

Elements of this comprehensive work have been included as a FRENER & REIFER Case Study in this year‘s courses in the subjects “Business Administration” and “Planning & Controlling”.
