SPECTACULAR BUILDING ENVELOPES FOR DURST AND DUKA REALISED BY FRENER & REIFER

Several companies are currently expanding their headquarters in Bressanone, including the two international flagship companies DURST and DUKA. Both are constructing architecturally unique new buildings in the industrial zone, with very distinctive building envelopes.

DURST Phototechnik AG, a leading global manufacturer of digital production technologies, is adding a new structure to its existing buildings - a curved, wing-shaped customer and innovation centre with a six-storey, 35-metre high tower to house the DURST group’s central administration. The futuristic new building impresses thanks to its powder-coated metal facade with a pixel-like arrangement of 850 variously coloured luminous window elements and 850 m² glass roof consisting of approx. 250 different insulating glass panes. The building envelope is currently being realised by the world-renowned facade construction company FRENER & REIFER from Bressanone.

A little further south DUKA, an international producer of high-quality shower cubicles, is building its new company HQ and experience space. DUKA is relying on the quality and punctuality of FRENER & REIFER's glass facade to make its brand and values symbolically visible via the architecture of the new building by the middle of 2018. The challenge for the South Tyrol facade construction specialist lies above all in the short execution period of only 4 months.

The design language of these new high-quality company seats with their attractive building envelopes will shape the face of Bressanone’s industrial zone.
