Super prime architecture designed to meet the most demanding standards is currently under construction in Mayfair in Central London, close to Bond Street and within sight of Green Park and Buckingham Palace.

The real estate investor British Land is realising a building with offices and 34 luxury apartments across 10 floors with private spa facilities, swimming pool, sauna and cinema.

The design of the super prime apartment complex is by the architects Squire & Partners. FRENER & REIFER is designing and developing more than 100 exclusive window elements and transom/mullion constructions in sizes from approx. 2 to approx. 9 metres with a very high degree of precision, before undertaking millimetre accurate installation in the pre-fabricated stone elements of the facade.

Challenges FRENER & REIFER needs to overcome here are the difficult inner city logistics, the constricted construction site and the tight schedule.
