An innovative office and lifestyle complex is being created in Munich-Thalkirchen, featuring restaurants, café and cocktail lounges, a media centre and ballroom, a state-of-the-art fitness and spa area, as well as spacious green courtyards and roof terraces. The project is being developed by the FidCap Group Munich as a state-of-the-art, sustainable Class A office building using recycled steel and timber construction.
FRENER & REIFER was commissioned with the design, fabrication and installation of the foyer facade (193 m²), executed as a stick system in steel and featuring 3 x 10.6 m XXL glass panes.
The service scope also includes automatic sliding doors, parapet cladding with mirror-polished panels and glass railings.
