Scope of work

• 3,600 m2 modular facade with structural glazing.
• Panel infilling, approx. 3,800 m2 suspended sheet metal caissons.
• Approx. 900 m2 point-fixed glass facade suspended from vertical glass fins.
• Parapet facings, sun/glare protection, glass doors. Staircases, various sheet metal cladding, glass roof and fan-coils.

Showroom:

• Load-bearing glass fins.
• Custom-made stainless steel guides for sun/glare screens integrated into point-fixing.
• Low-maintenance office tower facade construction.
• Interior sheet metal panels with Stucco Veneziano.
