PRIVATE VILLA

Work is continuing on this 1,500 m² family residence for a private client on the shores of Lake Tegernsee in Bad Wiessee, Germany. The designs by Saota Architekten reflect strict regulations ensuring adherence to local building styles and materials while creating an elegant modern solution. Traditional white walls and timber are used, while the functions of the home are split into separate private and public spaces to produce the horizontal proportions characteristic of the surrounding buildings. The two spaces are linked by a short connecting bridge.

Working closely with Beham Architekten, FRENER & REIFER is design-engineering, fabricating and installing a variety of glazed features, including stick system and louvre facades, fire-resistant glazing, glass balustrades, windows and automatic sliding door systems.

Our client expressed great satisfaction after a personal inspection of work in progress during a tour of our production facilities in Bressanone. We look forward to handing over what will be one of most beautiful villas in Bavaria.
