„MEILLER GÄRTEN“ – MEILLER GARDENS

Currently under construction in Munich: a new residential complex based on the designs of allmannwappner, with whom we are also currently realising A large-scale project in the same city. The architecturally striking complex, characterised by an eye-catching cluster of cubic volumes, will provide 78 apartments, office and commercial units, all topped off by a roof garden.

FRENER & REIFER has been awarded the contract to design-engineer, fabricate and install 5,200 m² of ventilated metal facade, as well as balcony and trough cladding and sun protection systems.

The building will serve as a gateway to the new residential neighbourhood being built on the former Meiller Kipper car and machine factory site in Moosach. “Meiller Gärten” (Meiller Gardens), with a gross floor area of around 100,000 m², is one of the largest private rental housing projects in Munich.
