The existing Saint-Denis Pleyel Métro north of Paris is being transformed into a major hub on the new Grand Paris Express network. Designed by architect Kengo Kuma, the station will be one of the largest on the new transport network, designed to carry 250,000 passengers a day and connect lines 14, 15, 16 and 17. The total area of the station will be 34,000 m², divided into 9 levels, 4 of which are underground. The complex includes shops and a space reserved for cultural facilities.

FRENER & REIFER has been awarded the contract to realise the exterior facades for our client BESIX France. Work will take 53 months in total and is scheduled to be completed in time for the 2024 Olympic Games.
