FIFTY9 STRANDKAI

Moin Hamburg! FRENER & REIFER has returned to the city and is once again working on a project with a long-standing architectural partner. We are on-site at the residential tower Fifty9 Strandkai, designed by Hadi Teherani Architects. Around the turn of the millennium we collaborated very successfully with Hadi Teherani on four projects in Hamburg during his time with BRT - Bothe Richter Teherani. It’s good to be back, this time working with DC Developments for clients Strandkai GmbH & Co. KG.

"Fifty9" is located directly on the Elbe in Hamburg with a view of the Elbphilharmonie and forms part of a city quarter. The tower has a total of 17 above-ground storeys, including commercial use on the ground floor and a penthouse. FRENER & REIFER was commissioned to realise the glass facades, sliding doors, stainless steel sun protection blinds, sheet metal cladding and glass railings. We are currently working on the realisation of the glass facade, installing a new floor every 3 weeks until scheduled completion in August 2022.
