The FRENER & REIFER fund of solutions includes a number of project-specific drive developments. Low-maintenance or maintenance-free special drive technology designs for unique customer requests and demanding architects, from bespoke electromechanical designs for movable roofs, sliding doors and hinged doors to hydraulic gate systems and lamella panels for sun protection and shading solutions.

Reference example, FRENER & REIFER drive technology: a spacious private villa in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii which features a motorized 5.6 m wide sliding door for which drive and profile geometry as an underfloor system was developed from scratch, and smooth synchronization for the associated climate-resistant wooden folding leaf system with minimal installation dimensions - both with a coarse-ground stainless steel look.
